Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing

  • Helping to prepare and store SETA audit packs for record-keeping and compliance.
  • Providing support to branches and staff with any SETA-related questions or tasks.

Minimum Requirements – What You Need to Qualify

Safety SA is looking for dedicated individuals who are eager to learn and work hard. To qualify for this learnership, you must meet the following requirements:

Educational Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12) – Essential
  • A Tertiary Qualification in Business Administration or Business Management – Advantageous

Experience (Optional but Beneficial):

  • Previous administrative experience will be an added advantage.
  • Exposure to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or NOSA systems will be highly beneficial.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Good computer skills (especially Microsoft Word and Excel)
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Great planning and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently or as part of a team

Other Requirements:

  • Must be available and willing to complete a 12-month learnership programme
  • Preference will be given to Employment Equity (EE) candidates
