Sales Associate (40hr) – Totalsports

As a Sales Associate at Totalsports, you will be the face of the brand and play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience to every customer. Your daily work will include understanding what customers want, offering the best products and solutions, and going beyond their expectations. You’ll be responsible for selling a wide range of sports and fitness gear while keeping up with the latest trends.

You’ll track your sales performance closely and look out for new chances to bring in more sales. Besides helping customers, you will assist with restocking to make sure the store is always ready for shoppers. Multitasking, working fast, staying organized, and being able to take initiative are important skills for this job. Strong communication, attention to detail, and a real passion for people will help you succeed.

To qualify, you need a Grade 12 (Matric) certificate. Experience is helpful, but having a positive, target-driven attitude and excellent customer service skills matters most. This role requires you to handle customer challenges, negotiate sales, and build customer loyalty. You’ll also be expected to keep quality high and follow company standards.
