What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Associate, your main responsibility will be to engage with warm leads and turn them into confirmed bookings. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a key role in creating a positive customer experience.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Calling and engaging with warm leads provided by the company.
• Understanding customer needs and recommending the right cleaning services.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
• Providing excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
• Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets to maximize your earnings.
• Handling objections professionally and resolving customer issues effectively.

This is a Monday to Friday role, with working hours from 09:30 to 18:00 SAST, giving you weekends off.

Requirements for the Role

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

Technical Requirements:

• Your own laptop with at least:
  • 12GB RAM
  • 13th Gen i5 Processor
  • Windows 11
  • 250GB SSD or higher
• Fast and reliable internet connection.
• Backup power solutions to handle outages and maintain productivity.

Experience & Skills:

• At least 2 years of telesales or general sales experience.
• Previous experience working in a B2C cleaning company or similar industry such as caregiving, janitorial services, or commercial cleaning.
• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas, especially over the phone.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints and resolve issues.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setup.
• Calm under pressure and able to manage rejection positively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Previous experience using CRM systems.
