The South African National Defence Force (SANDF) is calling on young, determined individuals to apply for the 2026 Military Skills Development System (MSDS) program. If you dream of serving your country while gaining valuable military training, this is your chance! Multiple positions are available, and applications must be submitted before the closing date.
If youβre between 18 and 26 years old and meet the requirements, you can apply for this opportunity to train in the South African Army, Air Force, Navy, or Military Health Service. Read on to find out how to apply, what the requirements are, and where to submit your application forms.
Joining the SANDF isnβt automaticβyou need to prove youβre fit, disciplined, and ready for the challenge. If your application is accepted, youβll go through a two-year training program designed to develop your military skills.
