This position is based at Mapungubwe National Park & World Heritage Site, a world-renowned destination managed by SANParks. The Room Attendant position plays a critical role in ensuring that guest facilities meet SANParks’ high hospitality and tourism standards. The successful candidate will report directly to the Duty Manager and will be responsible for cleaning, preparing, and maintaining guest units and public areas.
This role suits someone who is disciplined, detail-oriented, physically fit, and committed to excellent service delivery.
Your main responsibility will be to ensure that all guest and public areas are clean, safe, and welcoming. This includes:

You will also be responsible for cleaning and monitoring shared spaces, including:
Any abnormalities or concerns must be reported to the supervisor immediately to ensure guest comfort and safety.
As part of your duties, you will:
Good stock management ensures smooth daily operations in the rest camp.
Room Attendants are expected to report any issues they notice during their duties, including:
