What is the Sasol Learnership Programme All About?

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract learnership that gives you both theoretical training and on-site work experience in administration and finance. You’ll study topics like:

• Business operations
• Customer service
• Entrepreneurship
• Basic accounting
• Maths literacy
• Communication and computer skills

At the same time, you’ll be working on real projects, helping teams and departments run smoothly. This program helps you build confidence and prepares you for the working world.

Who Should Apply?

This learnership is made for people who:

• Have Matric / Grade 12
• Are between 18 and 35 years old
• Want to grow a career in finance, administration, or business
• Have no more than 1 year of working experience
• Are willing to commit to a full 12-month programme

If you have a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with subjects like:

• Financial Accounting
• Management Accounting
• Taxation
• Auditing

…it will be seen as an advantage, but it’s not required. If you just have Matric and a desire to learn—you qualify.

This is a full-time opportunity. You’ll need to be available to attend both training and practical work experience for the full year.
