What You’ll Be Doing
As a Grants Administrator, your job will be to help people apply for grants and make sure their details are correct. You’ll also support the team with admin tasks like scanning documents and managing files.
Your duties include:
- Helping clients at the office with their grant questions
- Checking and capturing new applications
- Making bookings for medical assessments
- Visiting other areas to take grant services closer to the people
- Filing, scanning, and organizing grant files
- Making sure all information is updated and correct
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this job, you’ll need:
- Matric (Senior Certificate / NQF Level 4)
- National Diploma or Degree (NQF Level 6 or 7)
- Basic computer skills (very important)
Bonus Advantage (Not Required):
- A valid driver’s license
- Any experience in admin or clerical work
