Requirements:

ABET/Grade 11 Certificate and Grade ‘’C’’ PSIRA or equivalent qualification.
1–2 years’ experience in security operation.
No criminal records or pending cases.
Availability for irregular hours, shifts (Day/Night), weekends, and leaves, and willingness to undergo vetting.

Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of Security legislation, programs and Procedures, Public Service Regulations, Security Registers, Batho Pele Principles, MISS, Good client operation skills, good communication, interpersonal skills, and Problem-solving skills. Time management.

Duties:

Access control functions.
Escort visitors and contractors.
Conduct electronic searches on entrants and their belongings.
Ensure safety of staff and visitors.
Perform general and patrolling duties.
Maintain records of incidents and requests.
Control parking access.
Register and authorize departmental assets leaving the premises.
