Servest Hiring Parking Mall Attendants – Apply by 11 September 2025

Servest Parking, a division of Servest Pty Ltd, is inviting suitably qualified applicants to apply for Parking Mall Attendant positions in Pietermaritzburg. This is a contract opportunity for individuals who are responsible, energetic, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.

About the Role

As a Parking Mall Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth parking operations at the mall. This includes assisting customers, maintaining parking equipment, and providing top-quality service.

Servest is looking for reliable and professional individuals who are punctual, approachable, and able to work under pressure. Training will be provided for fixing and maintaining parking equipment, so no prior technical experience is required.

Since this role requires you to self-post to different sites, you must live in Pietermaritzburg and be able to travel to work independently.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

In this role, your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Assisting and supporting customers using the parking facilities.
  • Fixing and maintaining parking equipment (training will be provided).
  • Relieving or assisting other team members when needed.
  • Ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Must reside in Pietermaritzburg.
  • Must be able to self-post to different sites.
  • Preferably have Matric, Grade 11, or Grade 10.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Computer literacy is essential.
  • Must be a fast learner who can adapt quickly.
  • Be energetic, reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
