## Main Responsibilities of the Role

### 1) Represent Servest Professionally

You must maintain a professional image at all times because you represent the company. This includes how you speak, dress, and communicate with both staff and clients.

### 2) Make Sure Clients Are Happy

You must ensure client expectations are met and even exceeded. This means the cleaning quality must always match the contract standards.

### 3) Manage Staff Attendance

You must:

  • ensure all staff are on duty
  • report absenteeism to the Operations Manager
  • keep the shift running smoothly even if someone doesn’t show up

### 4) Do Daily Inspections

One of the biggest parts of the job is inspecting areas and checking cleanliness.

You will:

  • inspect public areas in the mornings
  • follow up on previous inspections
  • ensure problem areas are fixed properly

### 5) Control Time-Keeping and Discipline

You must manage:

  • late coming

This job needs someone who can be fair but firm.

### 6) Follow Health and Safety Rules

You must ensure the team follows Servest’s health and safety policies at all times. This includes proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

### 7) Train and Apply Infection Control Rules

This is very important, especially in cleaning environments where hygiene is a priority.

You’ll need to:

  • train staff when needed
  • maintain Servest Infection Control Policies and Procedures
