You’ll check which products are selling fast and which ones are not doing so well. This helps you decide what should stay, what needs to go, and what new things need to come in. You’ll use reports to see how each department is doing weekly or monthly.
Every season, you’ll go back and look at what worked and what didn’t. Did people love the new bed linen sets last summer? Did curtains flop in winter? You’ll use that info to make smarter choices next time.
Using what you’ve learned, you’ll plan for the new season. You’ll decide which types of products to buy, what prices they should be, and what trends to follow. You’ll also work closely with other team members to make sure everything aligns with Sheet Street’s big goals.
