👟 About the Job: What You’ll Be Doing

As a Supervisor, you’ll be the right hand to the Store Manager. Your role is all about maximising sales, managing stock efficiently, keeping expenses in check, and ensuring that the store delivers an outstanding shopping experience.

• Help achieve monthly sales targets and store profit goals.
• Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver top performance.

📚 What You Need to Apply

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric certificate or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of retail experience as a Shop Assistant.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience is advantageous.
• Computer literacy is essential.

Bonus Qualifications:

• A further qualification in Retail or Business Management is a great plus.
