Shoe City is looking for a Shop Floor Assistant who can create a great shopping experience for customers. Your main job will be to assist shoppers, keep the store neat, and make sure every customer walks out with a smile.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Help customers find the right products and improve their shopping experience.
• Ensure shelves are stocked with fresh merchandise.
• Maintain store displays and make sure pricing is correct.
• Support the store manager with daily tasks.
• Process cash and card payments quickly and accurately.
• Restock and organize inventory when new deliveries arrive.
• Keep the store clean and organized to create a pleasant shopping environment.
• Handle all sales transactions efficiently at the checkout counter.

What You Need to Apply:

• Matric/Grade 12 Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
• 1 – 2 years of retail experience (preferred but not required).
• Basic computer skills – Knowing how to use a till system is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills – Fluent in English (other languages are a bonus!).
