💡 Job Purpose:

To deliver excellent service at the point of sale, handle merchandising, and support overall store operations — all to ensure positive customer experiences and contribute to the store’s success.

🧾 Key Duties:

• Assist customers at the cash register (POS) in a fast and friendly manner
• Ensure accuracy in scanning and payment collection, including ClubCard use
• Maintain cash safety at all times
• Promote Clicks ClubCard sign-ups to meet store targets
• Inform customers about special promotions and savings
• Keep shelves stocked, tidy, and visually appealing
• Follow all store merchandising and housekeeping standards
• Stay updated on products, deals, and events
• Represent the Clicks brand with professionalism and care

✅ You Should Have:

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric) – essential
• Good numeracy and basic computer skills
• Fluent in English and any additional South African language(s)

Preferred:

• 50%+ in Maths and English in Grade 12
• Previous retail or cashier experience (advantageous)
