Job Overview: What You’ll Do
As a Contact Centre Agent, your job will be to:

Job Requirements
Minimum Qualification:

Skills You’ll Need:
- Good communication skills

- Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Working Hours
- You’ll work a 40-hour week
- You’ll be scheduled on any 5 days between Monday and Sunday
- Shift hours range between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
- You’ll sometimes work on public holidays
