Job Overview: What You’ll Do

As a Contact Centre Agent, your job will be to:

Help customers on different platforms like phone calls, emails, chat, and social media
Solve problems quickly and correctly, aiming to fix the issue the first time a customer contacts you
Provide friendly and helpful customer service in every interaction
Escalate complex problems to the right people and follow up with the customer

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification:

Grade 12 / Matric (This is essential)

Preferred:

NQF Level 4 or higher (Post-matric qualification)

Experience Needed:

At least 1 year working in a Customer Service environment
Must know how to handle customer problems and work with care and professionalism

Skills You’ll Need:

Good communication skills
Patience and the ability to listen carefully
Able to work on a computer (especially Microsoft Office tools)
Can stay calm in stressful situations
Able to multi-task and manage time well
Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Working Hours

You’ll work a 40-hour week
You’ll be scheduled on any 5 days between Monday and Sunday
Shift hours range between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
You’ll sometimes work on public holidays
