What You’ll Be Doing

As a Pharmacy Sales Assistant, your job will involve helping customers and making sure the store runs smoothly. Some of your daily tasks will include:

Welcoming and greeting customers in a friendly way.

Watching customer activity to help prevent shoplifting.
Processing returns and handling refunds when needed.

What You Need to Have

Minimum Qualifications:

A Grade 12 certificate (Matric) is a must.

Experience You Should Have:

At least 5 months of working experience at a till point or POS (Point of Sale) system in a retail environment.
Previous retail sales experience is essential.

Good at working with computers.
Can speak both English and Afrikaans fluently.
Friendly and able to talk to people easily.
Understand how different payments work (cash, cards, vouchers, etc.).

Communicate clearly and politely with customers and team members.
Work well under pressure and stay calm in busy situations.
