- Coordinate orientation programmes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Manage all interview documentation and scheduling.
- Develop and use a Q&A checklist to ensure recruitment policies are followed nationwide.
2. Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Attend meetings when required.
- Promote Signa Group in communities and networks to attract top learners.
- Actively manage relationships with local community stakeholders to source talent.
3. Reporting
- Provide detailed reports on recruitment progress and learner placements.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping on the LMS system.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports to management.
