💄 What You’ll Be Doing as a Shop Assistant

Here’s what your day-to-day job will look like:

Welcoming customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
Helping shoppers find the right beauty products for their skin, style, and preferences.
Sharing your product knowledge and making recommendations.
Making sure the store looks stunning at all times – clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
Checking that prices and signage are correct on all items.
Handling point-of-sale systems, including till work and card payments.
Following all store rules, including safety, banking procedures, and company policies.
Supporting the team to reach daily and monthly sales goals.
Taking part in regular stock takes and reporting anything unusual.
