If you’re between the ages of 18 and 34, not studying full-time, and currently unemployed, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for. Solareff is offering a 12-month Youth Employment Service (YES) Learnership in their Finance Department, giving you the chance to gain real work experience in the business world. The Solareff YES Learnership is a 12-month fixed-term job opportunity where selected candidates will work inside the Finance team and perform daily admin and accounting support duties. The programme is part of the YES initiative, a government-backed plan to give young South Africans real work experience and fight youth unemployment.
While it’s not a formal training course or internship that leads to a qualification, the experience you’ll get here is priceless. You’ll be doing actual work and learning skills that can help you find a permanent job in the future.
