Your Main Role as a Flexi Store Assistant

Helping Customers Feel Welcome

Your biggest responsibility is making sure every customer feels happy and comfortable in the store. You will greet customers, answer their questions, and help them find what they are looking for. Stock Management and Organisation

Keeping Track of Products

You will help manage stock by checking deliveries, organising the storeroom, and making sure shelves are always filled. This keeps the store running smoothly and ensures customers always find what they want.

Stock Counts and Pairing

Each week, you will help count stock to make sure everything matches the records. You will also pair shoes correctly so that no items go missing or get mixed up. This helps protect the business and keeps the store organised.


Customer Service and Sales Support

Building Strong Customer Relationships

What You Need to Apply

Basic Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 is required.
  • Between 6 months and 1 year of retail experience is preferred, especially in fashion or clothing stores.

  • Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and busy shopping times.
