What is the Spitz Peak Student Program?

The Spitz Peak Student opportunity is a 5-week retail work program that runs from 24 November 2025 to 31 December 2025, right through the busiest shopping time of the year. During this period, stores are filled with energy, excitement, and customers—and Spitz needs extra hands on deck to keep things running smoothly.

You’ll be working at Spitz, Kurt Geiger, or other partner stores depending on location and availability, helping customers and ensuring that every store maintains the premium look and feel the brand is known for.

What Will You Be Doing?

If you’re selected, here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

Deliver great customer service to everyone who walks into the store
Support sales by helping customers find what they need
Operate tills, handle payments, and keep records accurate
Help manage stock, unpack deliveries, and restock shelves
Make the store look amazing by helping with merchandising and display setups

Every day will bring something different, and you’ll get to see how real retail works behind the scenes.

Who Can Apply?

Don’t worry if you’ve never had a job before—no work experience is needed. If you have the right attitude and energy, that’s what counts. Here’s what you need:

Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
A genuine love for fashion
