About the Job: Permanent Store Assistant

Spitz is now looking for dedicated and passionate individuals to join their team as Permanent Store Assistants. In this role, you will be responsible for making sure customers receive outstanding service, while also helping the store run smoothly and professionally.

You will become one of the faces of the brand, directly engaging with customers and playing a key role in the success of the store. Your job will involve everything from handling sales transactions to organizing stock and providing styling advice to customers.

Key Responsibilities

If you get hired, these will be your main duties:

Cash Control & Accuracy

• Perform cash desk duties with full accuracy.
• Make sure there are no mistakes when handling cash and performing daily banking.
• Handle manual transactions smoothly and correctly.

Stock Management & Organization

• Follow daily stock procedures to keep the store running perfectly.
• Handle customer orders quickly and correctly.
• Conduct weekly stock counts and keep the storeroom organized.
• Perform shoe pairing to ensure all displays and stock are neat and complete.

Customer Service & Sales Support

• Provide customers with expert product advice to help them make the right purchase.
• Build strong relationships with customers by offering friendly, professional service.
• Represent the Spitz brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and style.

What You Need to Qualify

Before you apply, make sure you meet these minimum qualifications:

• Matric / Grade 12 (this is required).
• Between 6 months to 1 year of retail experience (experience in luxury or fashion retail is a big plus).
• A strong passion for high-end fashion, footwear, and delivering excellent customer service.
