As a Flexi Store Assistant, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for every customer. You will assist shoppers in finding their perfect products, ensure smooth store operations, and uphold the high standards that Spitz is known for.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cash Handling and Accuracy

• Operate the cash desk accurately and efficiently.
• Follow daily cash control and banking procedures.
• Ensure there are no cash variances or discrepancies.
• Process manual transactions correctly when needed.

2. Stock Management

• Assist with daily stock control and store organisation.
• Help manage customer orders and ensure they are fulfilled on time.
• Conduct weekly stock counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Perform shoe pairing exercises to keep stock well-organized.

3. Customer Service and Sales Support

• Deliver a luxury shopping experience by offering expert advice and product knowledge.
• Build strong relationships with customers by providing personalized service.
• Uphold the brand’s image through professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.

What You Need to Qualify

• Matric / Grade 12 (essential).
• 6 months to 1 year of retail experience (luxury or fashion retail experience is an advantage).
