Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Give feedback to management about stock movements and issues.
Help create an outstanding customer experience by ensuring stock is available and in perfect condition.
Support the team in meeting sales targets.
Manage the receiving and dispatching of stock.
Process stock within set time frames.
Rotate stock efficiently from the stockroom to the sales floor.
Keep the stockroom neat and organised according to company standards.
Monitor shrinkage (loss of stock) and report any concerns.

What You Need to Apply

Qualifications:

Grade 12 or equivalent qualification (essential).
Retail experience (essential).
2 years of stockroom experience (advantageous).
Hospitality background (advantageous).

Skills:

Customer-focused attitude.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to guide and direct stockroom team members.
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings.
