Support the Buying Process: Provide administrative assistance across all aspects of the buying process, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Order Management: Ensure timely placement of orders and tickets into the purchasing system, keeping everything on track and up to date.
Launch Tracking & Communications: Manage launch tracking and communicate effectively with stores via the Yoobic platform.
Reporting & Analysis: Compile, balance, and update spreadsheets and reports to support the buying team’s decision-making process.
Supplier Relations: Build and maintain constructive, mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers to ensure a seamless supply chain.
Presentation Preparation: Assist with all preparations prior to presentations, ensuring everything is in order and ready to go.
Office Administration: Handle general office administration and any ad hoc duties required by the department.
Sample Room Management: Maintain a control system for the sample room, ensuring it is organized and up to date.
Minimum Requirement: Matric Qualification.
Administrative Experience: Previous admin experience is required.
Technical Skills: Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel is essential (experience with PMM would be an advantage).
Preferred Experience: Previous experience as a Buyer’s Assistant would be a plus.
