🛍️ What You’ll Do as a Sales Assistant

As a Sales Assistant at SPORTSCENE, your job is to help customers, boost sales, and make sure the store looks amazing. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

✔ Welcome Customers – Greet shoppers, start conversations, and help them find the perfect products
✔ Promote Deals & New Arrivals – Inform customers about discounts and new stock
✔ Process Sales – Assist with cash and card transactions at the till
✔ Stock Management – Keep shelves and displays neat and fully stocked
✔ Build Customer Relationships – Offer fashion advice and ensure a great shopping experience
✔ Store Operations – Assist with stock-taking, orders, and general store upkeep

✅ Who Can Apply?

To qualify for this role, you must meet the following basic requirements:

✔ Matric (Grade 12) certificate
✔ Experience in sales, customer service, or retail (preferred but not required)
✔ Fluent in English
✔ Live within 15km of the store
✔ Clear criminal record
✔ Own a smartphone with at least 10GB of storage
✔ Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays

📌 Bonus Points If You Have:
✔ Previous sales experience (at least 6 months)
✔ Basic computer skills (MS Office)
✔ Strong communication & customer service skills
✔ Interest in streetwear, sneakers, and fashion
