What Does a Sales Associate at Sportscene Do?

As a Sales Associate, your job is to help customers find what they need, keep the store looking fresh, and drive sales. But it’s more than just folding clothes or working the till — you are the face of the brand.

Here’s what your day will look like:

Be a brand ambassador by giving every customer a great experience
Help customers find the right items and offer style advice
Keep an eye on how the store is performing in terms of sales goals
Know the latest trends and product launches so you can upsell effectively
Spot opportunities to make more sales and boost your store’s performance
Make sure stock is replenished and the store is always ready to wow customers

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

Matric (Grade 12)
A real love for working with people

A good level of communication skills (both verbal and written)
The ability to work under pressure and manage many tasks at once
