Job Purpose

As a Sales Associate at Sportscene, your main goal is to deliver excellent customer service and contribute to the store’s success. You will act as an ambassador for the brand, assist customers in finding the best solutions, and ensure the store is always ready to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

If you secure this position, you’ll be responsible for:

• Representing the Sportscene brand by providing exceptional customer service.
• Helping customers find products that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
• Actively tracking your sales performance to meet and exceed targets.
• Staying updated with the latest streetwear, décor, and fashion trends.
• Finding opportunities to increase sales and improve customer experience.
• Assisting with stock replenishment to make sure the store is always fully prepared.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

To qualify for this role, you must have:

• Grade 12 (Matric) as a minimum requirement.
• Retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
