Job Description

As the Head of Operations & Project Delivery, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of Standard Bank’s MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator). This includes day-to-day and strategic operations like customer service, billing, supply chain management, vendor relationships, asset management, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure smooth and efficient back-office operations, customer service, and billing management.
Oversee supply chain and courier management, as well as vendor and asset management.
Manage the planning and execution of all operational functions, including network operations and risk governance.
Lead the operations and project teams, offering guidance to maintain high productivity.
Develop operational budgets and ensure financial sustainability.
Work closely with senior leaders to align operations with business strategy.
Monitor performance metrics, implement improvement plans, and report regularly to senior executives.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification: First Degree in Business Commerce.
Experience Required:
Over 10 years of experience in operations, strategy, and technology within the telecommunications industry. Proven experience in managing operations budgets, aligning business operations with strategy, and leading large teams.
