What the Surveillance Monitoring Officer Role Is About

Main Purpose of the Job

The main purpose of the Surveillance Monitoring Officer role is to monitor operations closely to ensure compliance with gaming rules, internal procedures, and legal requirements. The role also focuses on identifying risks, unusual behaviour, and incidents that could affect the safety or integrity of the operation.
