What You’ll Do as a Merchandiser:
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Stock Management: Accurately count and document stock levels, unpack deliveries, and ensure all items are properly displayed.
- Product Display: Arrange products attractively on shelves, ensuring they are priced correctly and easy for customers to find.
- Creative Merchandising: Use creative ideas to make displays appealing, including creating special setups for promotions or seasonal events.
- Quality Control: Monitor the quality of products on display, removing any damaged or outdated items, and ensuring shelves are replenished with new stock.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to plan product placements and promotional displays.
- Store Appearance: Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free store environment, including stockrooms.
- Customer Interaction: Assist customers by providing information on products and handling any queries or feedback.

- Education: A valid Matric certificate is required.

- Location: Candidates should live within 15km of the job location and have a clear criminal record.
- Technology: Own a smartphone with sufficient storage (10GB) and a Vodacom number is required for successful candidates.
