Swiss Re – Sales and Distribution Intern (12 month internship)

Swiss Re Corporate Solutions (SRCSA) is inviting motivated and qualified applicants to apply for our Sales and Distribution Intern positions. This 12-month internship will start by 1st September 2024, offering a fantastic chance to gain hands-on experience and build a successful career in sales and distribution.

Internship Overview:

Customer System Support:

Tool Implementation: Help manage and implement the customer pipeline tool.
Team Compliance: Ensure the sales and underwriting teams use the customer tools correctly.
Data Analysis: Extract, analyze, and prepare reports from tool data to assist in business decisions.
CRM Management: Assist in maintaining CRM systems to support sales activities.

Broker Engagement and Event Support:

Event Planning: Support the Head of Sales and Distribution in planning and executing events and broker engagement sessions.
Engagement Tracking: Capture notes and update customer systems with accurate information.

Coordination Activities:

Department Coordination: Take charge of coordination activities within the Sales and Distribution department.
Task Organization: Help organize and facilitate various tasks for smooth department operations.

About You:

Educational Background: A recent graduate with a degree in Business, Finance, Law, or Insurance.
Skill Set: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data analysis tools.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Eager to Learn: Eagerness to learn and contribute to the Sales and Distribution department.
