What You Will Be Doing Each Day

The role of a Sales Assistant in this programme is not just about helping sell products. It is about understanding how the sales department works from start to finish. You will get involved in many parts of the business, which helps you grow faster and learn more.

Working With Customers

You will be part of the customer journey from the moment they walk in, all the way until they receive their product. This teaches you how to communicate clearly, stay friendly under pressure, and make sure customers walk away happy.

You will also do follow-up calls, update customer records, and remind them about services. These tasks help you build confidence in talking to people and improve your communication skills.

Managing Stock and Information

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric)

A tertiary qualification is a plus, but not required
