What Will You Do as a Teacher Assistant?

Your job will be to support the class teacher and help create a fun, safe, and happy learning environment for young learners, especially those under age 5.

Key Duties:

• Help set up and manage classroom activities
• Follow instructions from the teacher and work independently when needed
• Be present and on time every day
• Be kind, patient, and positive with all students
• Attend school events when asked
• Help build a classroom space where children feel confident and supported
• Be a team player and assist wherever needed

You’ll also help with:

• Preparing learning materials
• Keeping the classroom neat and organized
• Supporting individual students who may need extra help
• Observing and reporting student progress
• Assisting during playtime, snack time, and rest time
