To be considered for this role, you need:
✔ Grade 12 / Matric qualification
✔ 1-2 years of experience as a Senior Sales Assistant in retail
✔ Strong customer service and sales skills
✔ Ability to lead a team and motivate staff
✔ Fluent in English and another South African language
✔ Computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ High energy, good organizational skills, and a positive attitude
As a Sales Supervisor at Tekkie Town, you will:
✅ Help the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and monthly budgets
✅ Ensure excellent customer service and smooth store operations
✅ Supervise and motivate the sales team to reach daily goals
✅ Keep the store organized, stocked, and visually appealing
✅ Train and support new and existing staff members
✅ Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed
✅ Assist with store openings and closings
✅ Handle customer queries, payments, and orders
✅ Monitor stock levels and minimize losses
