What You’ll Be Doing

As a P40 Shop Assistant, you’ll play an important role in making sure every customer has a GREAT shopping experience.

Your daily duties will include:

Helping customers with their purchases and giving friendly service
Unpacking stock and placing items neatly on shelves
Keeping the store clean, tidy, and well-organized
Processing sales at the Point of Sale (POS) system
Following store rules and standards for how everything should look and work
Helping your teammates reach daily sales targets
Taking initiative — if something needs to be done, you do it!

What You Need to Apply

You don’t need a fancy degree or years of experience to get started. But you do need to meet these simple requirements:

Matric / Grade 12 certificate
Basic computer skills – MS Word, Excel, and Outlook are a plus
Able to speak and write in English and one other South African language
Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
Be energetic, reliable, and ready to learn
Good people skills and a positive attitude
Retail or customer service experience is a bonus — but not required
