What You’ll Do As a Marketing Assistant

Your main job? Support the marketing team in delivering exciting, on-trend campaigns and promotions that grab attention and drive customer action.

Your Core Responsibilities:

Fashion Campaigns & Brand Marketing

  • Help plan seasonal campaign briefings and track brand alignment sessions.
  • Take notes, follow up on action items, and keep all the moving parts organized.
  • Prepare performance reports that show what worked (and what didn’t).
  • Keep stores in the loop with clear internal communication and visual merchandising updates.
  • Manage content schedules for in-store screens and lookbooks.

Retail Store Launches & Events

  • Assist with window display and artwork planning for store openings.
  • Organize loyalty program promotions tied to new stores or activations.
  • Coordinate with DJs, artists, and suppliers for store events or fashion shows.
  • Help set up exciting customer experiences like pop-up shops, style sessions, and live events.

Day-to-Day Marketing Support

  • Create digital waybills to send samples and promotional materials.
  • Organize print ads (like till slip advertising) and get designs approved.
  • Manage social media content — especially for Saturday DJ Series and influencer collabs.
  • Assist the senior team on trend research and planning new campaigns.

Do You Have What It Takes?

You don’t need to be a senior marketer or have years of experience. You just need the right foundation, energy, and drive to learn.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Fashion Communication, or similar.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands.
  • Some exposure to in-store promotions, visual displays, or campaign planning.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • An eye for fashion trends and the ability to turn them into real marketing ideas.
  • Experience with loyalty programs, fashion events, or content creation.
  • Great communication skills and the ability to work with multiple teams (like buying and creative).

What Skills Make You Stand Out?

  • Solid Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong sense of fashion trends and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to manage projects, stick to deadlines, and stay organized.
  • Confident when it comes to writing, reporting, and presenting creative ideas.
  • Tech savvy — ready to use the latest tools to get the job done.

This is a full-time position, and yes, it may include 2–3 hours of weekend work (on Saturdays) when you support digital campaigns or events.
