What We’re Looking For: Are You the One?

We’re looking for energetic, motivated youth who are ready to make their mark. See if you meet the following requirements:

Age Requirement: Must be between 18 and 28 years old.
Education: Candidates with Matric (Grade 12) are preferred, but Grade 10 will be accepted as the minimum requirement.
Contract Terms: This is a 12-month fixed-term contract offering meaningful work experience.
Employment Status: You must not have been permanently employed by any single employer for more than one year.
Education Status: You cannot be engaged in full-time studies during the employment period (April 2023 – March 2024).
Previous Participation: Candidates must not have participated in the YES programme before.
Logistics: Accommodation and transport costs are the applicant’s responsibility, where applicable.
Employment Equity: Preference will be given to applicants from designated groups in alignment with the Employment Equity Act.
