The Food & Beverage Waiter position plays a key role in delivering outstanding service to guests across the hotel’s restaurant, room service, and event areas. You’ll be the face of The Capital Hotels when interacting with guests — ensuring that every dining experience is smooth, friendly, and professional. As a waiter, your duties will focus on two main areas: front of house service and stock management. You’ll need to provide prompt, efficient service while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring that guests’ needs are met with warmth and professionalism.
