📋 Job Responsibilities

As a Receptionist at The Capital Hotels, you will play a crucial role in creating an unforgettable experience for our guests. Your main duties will include:

✔️ Welcoming guests and checking them in and out of the hotel
✔️ Managing guest accounts and handling transactions efficiently
✔️ Assisting guests with special requests and ensuring their stay is comfortable
✔️ Making reservations and helping guests with booking inquiries
✔️ Handling guest concerns professionally and providing excellent customer service

This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a passion for hospitality!

📚 Who Can Apply? (Requirements & Qualifications)

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

🎓 Education:

✔️ Matric (Grade 12)
✔️ Hospitality Qualification (or a similar relevant qualification)

💼 Experience & Skills:

✔️ 1 – 2 years of Receptionist experience (preferably in hospitality)
✔️ Strong computer skills (MS Office + experience with Protel PMS or similar)
✔️ Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle guest concerns effectively
✔️ Great teamwork but also able to work independently
✔️ Professional, well-spoken, and presentable
✔️ Honest, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information
✔️ Willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
