What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Welcoming guests to the restaurant and making them feel at ease
• Ensuring seating arrangements are handled efficiently and fairly
• Assisting waiters and restaurant staff with food and beverage service if needed
• Managing guest flow and reservations during busy hours
• Keeping the restaurant area tidy and organised
• Responding to guest requests or concerns quickly and politely
• Supporting stock control and reporting shortages where needed
• Being the “face” of the restaurant – professional, presentable, and kind

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is essential

• Location: One of The Capital Hotels branches (relocation costs are not covered if you live outside the city)
