Working as a Sales Associate at The Fix means you’ll be the face of the brand. You’ll be making every customer feel welcome, confident, and excited about their shopping experience.

Here’s what your daily responsibilities will look like:

• Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent The Fix with passion, energy, and style.
• Deliver an Amazing Customer Experience: Help customers find what they need and go the extra mile to exceed their expectations.
• Reach & Beat Sales Targets: Stay motivated to hit your goals and help the store succeed.
• Stay Trendy & Informed: Keep up with the latest in fashion and décor so you can give the best advice and suggestions.
• Spot Sales Opportunities: Look out for chances to upsell or introduce customers to new products.
• Stock Replenishment: Make sure shelves and racks are always full, tidy, and ready for customers.
