What Will You Do as a Flexi Store Assistant?

Your main goal will be to help customers have the best shopping experience possible. You will assist with sales, keep the store running smoothly, and make sure everything looks great. This role is flexible to fit around your lifestyle and the store’s busy times, like weekends and holidays.

Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

• Handling Money Carefully: You’ll manage cash at the register with total accuracy, making sure there are no mistakes. This means counting money, following cash rules exactly, and handling any special transactions properly.
• Keeping Stock in Order: You’ll help keep the stockroom organized and check that products are in the right place. This includes counting stock regularly and pairing shoes correctly to keep inventory accurate.
• Helping Customers: Providing friendly, expert advice to customers is key. You’ll help them pick the right products and make sure they enjoy their shopping trip. Your attitude will help keep the store’s luxury feel alive.

What Skills and Experience Do You Need?

• Finished Grade 12 (Matric) – this is essential
• Some experience in retail (6 months to 1 year), especially in fashion or luxury goods, is a big plus
• A love for high-end fashion and shoes, and a real interest in working with people
• Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and busy shifts
