The Tolcon Group is looking for dedicated and responsible individuals to join their team as Patrol Drivers/Staff Drivers along the N4 Highway. As a Patrol Driver, you will be responsible for patrolling the N4 Highway, responding to incidents, and ensuring the safety of all road users. This job goes beyond driving — it’s about protecting lives, preventing accidents, and maintaining the smooth flow of traffic. You’ll report directly to the Route Service Supervisor and work both on the road and outdoors in all weather conditions.
The ideal candidate is alert, calm under pressure, and passionate about road safety. This is a hands-on position where no two days are ever the same — from clearing debris to assisting stranded motorists, your quick actions could make a real difference.
