What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Sales Representative at Tiger Brands, you’ll be the face of our company, working directly with customers to promote and sell Albany products. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

Account Development: Build strong relationships with clients and keep them coming back.
Route Management: Master the art of sales routes, ensuring every route gets the attention it needs.
Promotion Activations: Plan and execute promotional activities to boost sales.
Customer Interaction: Update customer information regularly and make sure every visit is productive.
Product Management: Handle product returns and manage donations efficiently.
Pricing Surveys: Stay updated on market trends by conducting regular pricing surveys.
Discount Reviews: Review and manage discounts to ensure profitability.
Display Management: Ensure our products are always looking their best on the shelves.
Performance Reviews: Conduct weekly interviews with drivers to keep routes performing at their best.

What We’re Looking For:

We need individuals who are passionate about sales and customer service. To qualify for this role, you should have:

A Matric or equivalent qualification.
At least 2 years of sales experience in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
A valid driver’s license and the flexibility to work long hours, including weekends and public holidays.
