As a Tollgate Collector, your main duties will include:

🛣 Operating toll and lane equipment correctly
🚗 Classifying vehicles according to regulations
📋 Reporting incidents, violations, or malfunctioning equipment
🧹 Keeping your toll booth clean and organized
📑 Following all shift procedures
💰 Handling cash and toll documents securely
🙋‍♂️ Providing excellent service to road users
⚠ Complying with all company policies, health, safety, and security procedures
🚨 Reporting fraud or any suspicious activity
