What You’ll Be Doing: Key Responsibilities

As a Totalsports Seasonal Sales Associate, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that customers have an amazing shopping experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Customer Engagement: Be a brand ambassador by delivering top-notch customer service. Always greet customers with a smile, and make them feel welcome.

Exceeding Expectations: Help customers find the best possible solutions by offering expert advice and personalized service.

Sales Performance: Actively keep track of your sales targets and work to exceed them.

Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion and décor trends to help customers make the best buying decisions.

Replenishing Stock: Ensure shelves are fully stocked and ready for customers at all times.

New Sales Opportunities: Be proactive in seeking out new ways to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
