What Does a Sales Assistant Do?

As a Sales Assistant, your main role will be to help customers, promote products, and process sales. Here’s what you’ll be doing daily:

Welcoming customers and assisting them with their shopping needs.
Recommending products based on customers’ preferences.
Sharing details about promotions and special deals.
Handling transactions at the till.
Ensuring shelves are stocked and the store looks great.
Meeting sales targets to help the store reach its goals.
Building relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.

What You Need to Apply

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements: ✔️ Matric Certificate (Grade 12) ✔️ Experience in Sales (Preferred but Not Required) ✔️ Fluent in English ✔️ Live within 15km of the store location ✔️ Clear criminal record ✔️ Own a smartphone (Required for communication and company updates)
