As a Sales Associate at Totalsports, you will be at the heart of the customer experience. Your main purpose is to act as a brand ambassador by providing outstanding service, meeting sales targets, and ensuring the store always looks its best.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be responsible for a variety of customer-focused and sales-driven duties, including:

  • Acting as a brand ambassador and delivering a world-class customer experience.
  • Exceeding customer expectations by identifying their needs and providing the best solutions.
  • Actively monitoring and tracking sales performance against daily and monthly targets.
  • Selling across a diverse product range and staying up to date with the latest fashion and sports trends.
  • Finding new opportunities for making sales and growing the customer base.
  • Assisting with stock replenishment to make sure shelves are always full and the store is ready for customers.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following qualifications and requirements:

  • Education: Grade 12 (Matric) is essential.
  • Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Independent worker who can also take initiative when needed.
