- Keep the Store Looking Top-Tier: Help with stocking, organizing, and merchandising to make sure the store is always ready.
- Spot New Opportunities: Identify ways to boost sales, suggest related products, and bring in repeat customers.
- Deliver Unmatched Customer Experience: Whether it’s solving a problem or offering expert advice, go above and beyond every time.
What You’ll Need to Join the Team
You don’t need a fancy degree or years of experience. We’re looking for personality, passion, and purpose. Here’s the basic checklist:
- Matric / Grade 12 Certificate – a must-have.
- A love for people, performance, and personal growth.
- At least some experience in customer service or sales is ideal.
- Clear communication skills – both speaking and writing.
